The role focuses on managing NIH acquisition programs, providing strategic guidance to senior acquisition executives, and ensuring enterprise-wide contract vehicles alignment.

Responsibilities include acquisition file management, data call responses, program tracking, customer relations, and development of performance evaluation methodologies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher from an accredited institution.

Requirements:

• US Citizen Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• The Program Manager/Senior Advisor shall possess a Master's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Substitution: In lieu of a Master's degree, a minimum of fifteen (15) years of directly relevant federal acquisition experience may be accepted.
• Demonstrated experience managing acquisition support programs for NIH or HHS.
• Experience supporting NIH-wide contract vehicles and enterprise acquisition initiatives.
• Experience advising senior acquisition executives on acquisition strategy, category management, and organizational performance.
• Experience implementing acquisition process improvements and strategic sourcing initiatives within NIH or HHS.

Position is located in Bethesda, MD.

Salary - 70 - 150K

Commensurate on levels of education and experience.
