Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses for the store area.
• Manages customer service initiatives and ensures customer needs and issues are resolved; implements action plans to improve processes and shrink control.
• Coordinates activities with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and promotes a culture of belonging.
