Job summary

Clovernook Healthcare, LLC in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a compassionate Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for the NIGHTSHIFT weekend schedule. You will provide expert respiratory care to residents overnight, coordinate with overnight nursing staff and on-call physicians, and help maintain safe, around-the-clock ventilation and airway management.

The ideal candidate has an accredited Respiratory Therapy program, an active Ohio RRT license, and at least one year of experience in respiratory

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Active Ohio RRT license.
• At least one year of experience in respiratory care preferred.
• Skills in ventilator and tracheostomy care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality respiratory care and therapy to residents on ventilators and oxygen through the night.
• Monitor and assess respiratory status regularly and respond to emergencies.
• Conduct ventilator checks, trach care, and bronchodilator therapies as needed.
• Thoroughly document all care and resident changes during shift.
• Collaborate with overnight nursing staff and on-call medical professionals for seamless care.
• Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment to ensure safety.
• Support new admissions and communicate overnight developments to day team.
