Job summary

UCFS Healthcare is seeking a Nightlight Pediatric Nurse for part-time evenings (20 hours/week, 5:00pm–9:00pm) in Connecticut. Responsibilities include ambulatory pediatric care, patient education, and coordination with families and the care team.

Requirements include high school diploma with LPN training (BSN preferred), 2 years pediatric clinical experience, CT LPN/RN license, and CPR certification. Strong communication and EHR skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school degree and LPN training; BSN preferred.
• 2 years of pediatrics clinical experience (ambulatory care preferred).
• Active CT LPN or RN license with CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care via telephone and in-person interactions per protocol.
• Assist providers with exams, labs, screenings, and immunizations.
• Educate patients/parents on chronic conditions and self-care.
• Coordinate referrals and access to community services as needed.
• Lead by example to support a collaborative team environment.
