Job summary

Rosenboom is seeking a Nightshift Material Handler in Sheldon, IA to support manufacturing operations. You will safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, move materials where needed, and ensure production and shipping teams have what they need to stay productive.

You will log material movements on tablets using inventory software, maintain accurate records, follow safety procedures, and communicate clearly in English to coordinate daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment safely to transport materials throughout the facility.
• Supply production areas with empty containers, pallets, crates, and other necessary materials to keep operations running efficiently.
• Organize and stage materials to ensure production and shipping teams have timely access to the products and supplies they need.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by logging material movements and transactions using onboard tablets and inventory software.
• Consistently follows safety procedures and operates forklifts and other equipment safely.
• Effectively organizes materials and prioritizes tasks to ensure production and shipping have what they need when they need it.
• Maintains accurate inventory records and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in daily work.
• Effectively reads, understands, and communicates information in English, both verbally and electronically.
