Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial lift truck equipment safely
• Move materials throughout the facility;
• Provide production with empty receptacles (crates/pallets/tubs/etc.);
• Organize materials for accessibility to production and/or shipping personnel;
• Maintain an electronic log of transactions using onboard tablet and inventory software;
• Is a productive member of his/her department and adheres to all Rosenboom policies, including safety requirements/procedures, in order to ensure a safe working environment for all Rosenboom employees; and,
• Habits of good attendance and punctuality are an essential responsibility of all Rosenboom job positions.
• Becomes familiar with work center numbers and general plant layout;
• Can identify and organize tasks in a manner which results in production and shipping employees having access to production and/or materials when they are needed;
• Communicates (understands, speaks, and writes) in English
• Demonstrates ability to communicate orally in a clear, positive, and professional manner;
• Demonstrates ability to generate and maintain accurate and concise written and electronic records, as appropriate to job assignment;
