• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass partitions with appropriate cleaners.
• Dust furniture and scrub surfaces to keep areas clean.
• Apply wax and sealant to floors and buff as needed.
• Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants.
• Remove trash from the facility.
• Perform other assignments as needed.

Summary

Team members in the housekeeping department are responsible for attending to our facility with integrity and attention to detail.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supports Allen Harim’s vision,missionand values
• Responsible for restocking restroom supplies and ensuring all cleaning supplies are stored properly
• Inspects equipment for cleanliness and repair and personally makes minor repairs.
• Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces.
• Mix various cleaning agents.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean.
• Apply wax to coat floors and buff .
• Apply sealant to floors.
• Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants .
• Responsible for removing trash fromfacility
• Other assignments as needed

Physical Demands

• Must have the ability to enter allareas of the plant and offices being exposed to temperatures (Hot and Cold) as well as exposure todifferent levelsof noise.
• Must be able lift 40lbs ore more on a regular basis
• Must be able to bend, reach, stand squat, walk and climb stairs.
• Work environment ispredominantly wetand exposed to a variety of odors as well as presenting with hot and cold temperatures. Ice box storage and chilled warehouse conditions may be present with moderate to extreme levels of noise. Safety protection is provided.
