Job summary

Allen Harim Foods in Delaware seeks a dedicated housekeeping team member responsible for maintaining a clean, safe facility with integrity and attention to detail. Responsibilities include restocking restrooms, inspecting equipment, cleaning surfaces, applying wax/sealant, waste removal, and assisting with other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supports Allen Harim's vision, mission and values
• Restocks restroom supplies and ensures cleaning supplies are stored properly
• Inspects equipment for cleanliness and repair and makes minor repairs
• Uses cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces
• Mixes various cleaning agents
• Cleans windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water, sponges and squeegees
• Dusts furniture and scrubs surfaces clean
• Applies wax to coat floors and buff
• Applies sealant to floors
• Cleans and services restrooms with mops and disinfectants
• Removes trash from facility
• Other assignments as needed

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supports Allen Harim's vision,missionand values
• Responsible for restocking restroom supplies and ensuring all cleaning supplies are stored properly
• Inspects equipment for cleanliness and repair and personally makes minor repairs.
• Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces.
• Mix various cleaning agents.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean.
• Apply wax to coat floors andbuff.

• Workenvironment ispredominantly wetand exposed to a variety of odors as well as presenting with hot and cold temperatures. Ice box storage and chilled warehouse conditions may be present with moderate to extreme levels of noise. Safety protection is provided.
