Responsabilités

• Access Control and Patrols: monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas; conduct interior and exterior patrols.
• Emergency Response: respond to codes and assist with crowd control, evacuation when needed.
• De-escalation and Conflict Management: intervene to calm agitated individuals with clinical staff support.
• Patient and Visitor Assistance: escort and assist with directions, lost-and-found or property issues.
• Incident Documentation: write detailed reports and report findings to supervisors or risk management.
