Beyond Juicery + Eatery in Detroit's University District is seeking a Nights & Weekends Manager to guide our team during the busiest hours. This role suits someone who enjoys coaching others, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll oversee evening operations, ensure food quality and cleanliness, support and develop team members, and ensure smooth shift execution. Late evenings, weekend, and holiday availability are required.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in restaurant, café, or hospitality settings.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Strong communication and guest service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evening and weekend team to deliver outstanding guest service.
