Job description

Store - BOS-CHELMSFORD, MA

Job Summary

Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing front-end operations, leading omnichannel processes, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold our Brand Promises. Provide friendly customer service and support store team management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist Store Manager in ensuring compliance with SOPs and company policies, and hold team accountable for store conditions and results.
  2. Follow all front-end policies and procedures; achieve KPIs for yourself and your team.
  3. Plan and execute in-store events in line with company programs.
  4. Lead omnichannel initiatives and manage shrink and safety programs.
  5. Assist with cash reconciliation, bank deposits, and inventory processes including RTV and ASN activities.
  6. Support onboarding, training, and coaching of team members to achieve results and support talent development.
  7. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
  8. Promote a positive, respectful environment and serve as a role model.
  9. Assist customers with locating products and providing solutions.
  10. Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and managing delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions where applicable.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications

Retail management experience preferred.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • Stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching.
  • Lift heavy boxes and access high shelves with equipment like ladders.
  • Work involves outdoor tasks, climate-controlled store environments, and work hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings.
