Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking afternoon/night-shift caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care, companionship, and daily living support in clients’ homes across the community.

Eligible candidates will assist with light housekeeping, meal planning, and reminders for medications, while building strong client relationships and dependable shift coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in non-medical/home care is preferred.
• Ability to work afternoon/night shifts.
• Reliable transportation or reliable commute arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
