SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking afternoon/night-shift caregivers to provide compassionate, in-home support across a range of ages and abilities. The role focuses on person-centered care, companionship, and helping clients maintain independence in their own homes.

As a member of the SYNERGY HomeCare team, you will receive direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, and a flexible schedule that matches caregivers with nearby clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
