Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking morning/day-shift caregivers to deliver high-quality, person-centered home care in the Paradise Valley area. This role focuses on non-medical support, companionship, and helping clients in their own homes, meeting people where they’re at with warmth and respect.

You will assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders, while building strong, professional relationships with clients and families.

• Non-medical home care experience and ability to provide companionship.

• Establish clear communication with clients, families and coworkers.
• Maintain punctuality and reliability to cover shifts.
