A vibrant nightlife venue in Costa Mesa is seeking a Nightlife Door Host/Greeter. This role involves ensuring guest safety and order at the entrance, verifying IDs, and managing crowd flow in a high-energy setting. Candidates should be 21 or older, possess or be able to obtain RBS certification, and ideally have prior experience in nightlife or hospitality. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, calmness under pressure, and excellent situational awareness.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and 21 or older.
• Must have or be able to obtain ABC Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification.
• Previous experience in nightlife or high-volume hospitality/security roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly while ensuring safety and order at the door.
