Tact Tech Security Solutions LLC in Lake Worth, Florida, is looking for a Nightclub Security Guard to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for patrons and staff. This part-time role requires vigilance, professional conduct, and strong communication.

You will patrol the nightclub, enforce policies, respond to incidents, and coordinate with authorities as needed. The position offers flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, with hourly compensation between $17 and $22.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid Security Guard D license.
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to nightclub operations.
• Must pass background checks and drug screening as required by law and company policy.
• Ability to handle potentially stressful or confrontational situations professionally and tactfully.

Salary Range: $17.00 To $22.00 Hourly

Job Summary The Nightclub Security Guard is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff within nightclub premises at Tact Tech Security Solutions. This role enforces venue policies, ensures compliance with legal requirements, and handles incidents professionally and efficiently. The primary objective is to provide excellent customer service while prioritizing the safety and well-being of all individuals on the premises.

The ideal candidate is a disciplined, vigilant professional who demonstrates sound judgment, remains calm under pressure, and consistently upholds the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service in a dynamic security environment.

Key Responsibilities

Security & Safety Operations

• Monitor and patrol the nightclub premises to prevent disturbances, unauthorized access, or unsafe behavior.
• Enforce venue policies and regulations while maintaining a professional and authoritative presence.
