PetVet Care Centers' Westside Animal Emergency Clinic in Lithia Springs, GA, is seeking PRN Veterinary Receptionists (Care Coordinators) to join our team. This role supports the hospital with administrative and customer service tasks, providing compassionate care in a fast-paced emergency setting.

The position requires veterinary experience of 1+ year and 2+ years of customer service, with on-site work during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Veterinary experience of at least 1 year is required.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience is required.
• High school or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming Owners and patients.
• Ability to recognize life threatening symptoms for immediate triage.
• Answering multi-line phone system with a cheerful demeanor.
• Teaching the Thriller dance.
• Checking in/out clients.
• Assisting Techs and DVMs.
• Data entry.
• Organized and detail-oriented filing.
• Offering compassion and understanding towards Owners in emergency setting.
• Holding patients for exams, procedures, x-rays and comfort.
• Handling of monies and taking payments.
