PetVet Care Centers is seeking a Care Coordinator at its Westside Animal Emergency Clinic in Lithia Springs, GA. You will support the hospital with administrative and customer service tasks, greet clients, handle check‑ins/outs, and assist veterinarians and techs.

The role requires veterinary and customer service experience, 18+ years, data entry, and a compassionate approach in emergencies. It is an in‑person, full‑time position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Veterinary experience: 1+ years (required).
• Customer service experience: 2 years (required).
• Education: High school or equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming owners and patients
• Recognizing life‑threatening symptoms for immediate triage
• Answering a multi‑line phone system with a cheerful demeanor
• Checking in/out clients
• Assisting techs and DVMs
• Data entry and organized, detail‑oriented filing
• Offering compassion and understanding toward owners in an emergency setting
• Holding patients for exams, procedures, x‑rays and comfort
• Handling monies and taking payments
• Scanning, faxing and emailing records to RDVMs or specialists
• Running lab work and helping to maintain a clean and healthy environment
