Job summary

NELLIE HEALTH PLLC in Raleigh, NC, is seeking associate-level and fully licensed social workers and clinical mental health counselors for both full-time and part-time positions. Roles include providing outpatient therapy to children and adolescents, with supervision available for associates and options for in-person and virtual sessions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field.
• Active North Carolina license as an LCSWA, LCSW, LCMHCA, LCMHC, or LCMHC-S.
• Outpatient psychotherapy experience for fully licensed applicants.

Responsibilities

• Provide developmentally appropriate outpatient therapy to children and adolescents.
• Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely documentation.
• Engage parents and caregivers to support treatment goals.
• Maintain agreed-upon caseload and productivity expectations.
• Provide trauma-informed care and collaborate with supervisors.
• Participate in supervision, clinical consultation, and team meetings.
