Qualificações

• Master’s Degree in a human services field with experience in mental health.
• ABA experience is a plus.
• Must be license eligible in NC (LSW, LMSW, LISW-CP, LISW-AP, LPC, LPC-S, LMFT, LMFT-S).

Responsabilidades

• Provides individual, group, and family therapy to residents with caseloads of 10 or fewer.
• Completes comprehensive clinical assessments within required timeframes.
• Ensures accurate and timely clinical documentation per standards.
• Maintains communication with families, guardians, referral sources, and court representatives.
• Provides updates on resident progress and involves stakeholders in treatment planning and discharge planning.
• Maintains HIPAA confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
