Qualifications

• Prior high-volume food production experience preferred.
• Barista experience preferred.
• Seasonal or full-time shift coverage with training on policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift.
• Oversee that assigned job expectations are completed and policy is followed.
• Train staff and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance and reward or correct as needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and monitor quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee requests and time-off.
