Qualifications

• State or municipality mandated security officer licenses must be held or obtainable.
• Minimum high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must have a security guard license or be able to obtain one within an acceptable period.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and neat, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional demeanor and assist customers, employees, visitors, and guests.
• Maintain visible presence in assigned facility.
• Monitor environment for suspicious or unsafe activity.
• Greet customers and verify access for authorized individuals.
• Answer phones professionally and document incidents with reports.
