Job summary

TJ Maxx, a part of TJX Companies, USA, Lancaster PA store, is seeking team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will engage customers, process transactions, support merchandising, and participate in store recovery and safety initiatives.

Qualified candidates have strong communication, the ability to multitask, and a flexible schedule. Prior retail experience is a plus, and applicants should be prepared to work across store functions as needed.

• Performs merchandising and store maintenance per procedures.
• Assists in store recovery and safety compliance.
