Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in Michigan seeks a Team/Crew Member to provide quality guest service and handle basic food preparation and drive-thru duties as needed.

You will perform station duties, maintain cleanliness, follow policies, and report issues to the MOD; shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays.

This nonexempt, part-time role requires reliable attendance and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Basic math and reading skills are required.
• Effective verbal and written communication is needed.
• Ability to follow directions and multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform station duties (fountain & frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru as applicable) to meet standards.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures and standards.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation duties; trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, wiping counters, sanitation of prep areas, and equipment cleaning.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Report customer or employee complaints or issues to MOD.
• Move and stock food products up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
