Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in Lincoln Park, MI is seeking a Team/Crew Member to perform basic operational duties and provide quality products and service to guests. This nonexempt position reports to the Manager on Duty and requires flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays.

You will handle station duties across fountain, grill, prep and drive-thru, follow company policies, maintain sanitation, and monitor stock. Regular attendance and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• General restaurant or retail knowledge.
• Basic math and reading skills.

• Ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Perform station duties (fountain & frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru) as assigned to meet operational standards.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, and sanitizing food areas.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Report customer or employee complaints/issues to MOD.
• Move and stock food product up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required.
