Job summary

You will follow recipes, stock stations, present dishes, work with servers to ensure accuracy and timeliness, and maintain hygiene standards. This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and flexibility for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food handler certification required.
• Knowledge of health and safety precautions.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience with grill/fryer operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items in collaboration with cooks to meet health codes.
• Follow recipes with accurate measuring and mixing.
• Stock and set up kitchen stations for service.
• Prepare food, including cutting, cooking, and assembling dishes.
• Present, garnish, and arrange final plates.
• Coordinate with servers to complete orders on time.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and equipment cleanliness.
• Adhere to safety and health department regulations.
• Ensure equipment is clean and working properly.
• Clean all utensils and surfaces at end of shift.
• Filter fryer oil daily and manage grease traps.
• Check stock levels and advise on supplies as needed.
• Work safely and in accordance with district policies.
