Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Must be able to lift 45lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct members, guests, and staff with enthusiasm during night and weekend shifts.
• Maintain security and control at the gym entrance and retail area.
• Register each member and guest promptly according to procedures.
• Register all guests and direct appointments to fitness consultants professionally.
• Answer calls in a courteous and professional manner and handle inquiries.
• Follow up on telephone inquiries to ensure appointments are booked correctly.
• Respond to member requests, inquiries, and concerns with high-quality service.
• Present a neat and professional appearance in uniform with nametag.
• Distribute towels and other materials, process class reservations and sales.
• Attend staff meetings and help maintain the front desk area per company standards.
• Follow safety procedures and report any safety concerns.
• Adhere to attendance policies and scheduled shifts.
• Assist with light cleaning and organizing weights as directed by management.
• Follow closing procedures and secure the facility, including alarm system.
• Assist members with questions as they prepare to leave the gym.
