Job summary

Southern Foodservice Management Inc. is hiring a part-time dishwasher for our Brunswick, GA location. You will wash and sanitize dishes, glasses, and utensils, assist with general cleaning, and support kitchen staff during nightly shifts.

This role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift moderate loads, and adherence to health and safety standards. Prior food service experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sort dishes, glasses and silverware.
• Maintain proper temperature for sanitation and use soap as needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations to meet sanitation standards.
• Operate dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment safely.
• Keep work areas clean and orderly; sweep, mop and scrub floors and walls.
• Empty trash and assist with general kitchen duties as assigned.
