Performs routine work relating to the maintenance and repair of the school building facilities as assigned; performs all other related work, as required. Essential duties include: general cleaning, painting, general repairs to plumbing/electrical/carpentry, replacing broken windows, checking boilers, and monitoring supplies.
The position requires moderate physical effort. The employee is required to lift a minimum of 50 pounds; the employee is frequently required to stand, kneel, walk, sit, speak and hear, and use hands to operate equipment and use hand tools.
