Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. is seeking a Floater to perform floor maintenance and cleaning tasks across client locations in Minneapolis. You will operate floor care equipment, wax and buff floors, extract carpets, and perform spot-cleaning as needed.

Work is conducted with limited supervision, requiring teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety protocols. The role supports the company’s values of flexibility, improvement, reliability, safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Must possess attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Strong time-management and reliability for night/early morning shifts.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care on hard surfaces and carpet, including waxing, buffing, extraction, and deep cleaning.
• Carry out cleaning tasks across multiple store locations as assigned by supervisor.
• Ensure safety, proper use of equipment, and timely reporting of issues.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and report shortages.
• Adapt to different environments and customer requirements while upholding company standards.
