Responsibilities

Handles hard floor care, including routine mopping, scrubbing, and buffing on hard surfaces.
Provides carpet maintenance, including vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting and extracting carpets.
Provides other cleaning services, such as dusting and restroom cleaning.
Operates all floor care machines and cleaning products safely.
Follows safety requirements and reports time/work issues.
Troubleshoots equipment and informs supervisor of shortages.
Guides less-experienced Technicians when needed.
Assists with periodic duties and floor stripping.
