Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is seeking a warehouse associate to load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 80 pounds occasionally, with team lifts or equipment for heavier tires. Night shift schedule is Monday–Thursday, 1:30pm–12:00am, with overtime possible. Benefits include weekly pay, healthcare on day one, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Able to pass forklift certification.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Team-oriented with good communication.
• Pass pre-employment drug test (THC not tested)

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse using forklift or picker equipment.
• Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
• Consistently lift up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds with team lifts or mechanical aid.
• Exert pushing force up to 40 pounds when handling barrels or tires.
• Work safely at heights up to 25 feet and operate equipment accordingly.
• Be on your feet for extended periods and overtime as needed.
• Contribute to safety policies and procedures.
• Support other departments (ecomm, inventory, will call) as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
