Job summary

Vesta Home (dba Showroom Group) is seeking a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Supervisor for the overnight operations. The role focuses on replenishment, staging, inventory accuracy, and preparing for the next day’s orders.

You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse. Responsibilities include leading a 15–20 person hourly team, performing safety assessments, and maintaining real-time system documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse leadership experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiar with OSHA safety standards.
• Proficient with warehouse systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily start-of-shift meetings to align safety, priorities, and workflow expectations.
• Oversee loading/unloading of furniture and staging materials.
• Supervise order selection, quality control, staging, storage, and organization of product.
• Conduct quality inspections on high-value furniture and accessories before dispatch.
• Ensure wrapping, padding, and handling of inventory per standards.
• Monitor adherence to SOPs from inbound receipt to returns processing.
• Lead and coach team members; provide cross-training for flexibility.
• Support coaching and corrective actions as directed by the Warehouse Manager.
• Step in as acting Warehouse Manager during coverage needs.
