Job summary

ACF Management is seeking a dependable Warehouse Specialist to support inventory management, order fulfillment, and medical device logistics in Hanover, MD. You will receive, inspect, and document incoming orthopaedic implants, surgical instruments, and medical supplies, preparing them for distribution with accuracy and safety.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of warehouse experience; medical device experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of warehouse, inventory, distribution, or materials-handling experience preferred.
• Medical device, healthcare logistics, or surgical instrument experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and experience using barcode scanners or inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow written procedures.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, scan, and accurately document incoming medical devices, orthopaedic implants, and surgical supplies.
• Pick, pack, verify, and stage products and surgical sets according to order requirements and deadlines.
• Perform cycle counts, maintain accurate inventory records, and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Use barcode scanners and inventory systems to track product movement and maintain traceability.
• Verify product numbers, quantities, lot numbers, serial numbers, and expiration dates when applicable.
• Process shipments, returns, and inventory transfers according to company procedures.
• Identify and report damaged, expired, missing, or nonconforming products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow company standard operating procedures, quality requirements, and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to meet daily productivity and fulfillment goals.
