Job summary

The Chefs’ Warehouse is seeking a Warehouse Worker to provide essential warehouse support, including picking, packing, assembly, sorting, shipping, and receiving to meet productivity and quality goals. You will uphold safety practices and operate equipment typical to a food-service distribution center.

Responsibilities include reading schedules, moving goods between receiving, storage, and shipping areas, and ensuring correct labeling and packaging for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience.
• Willingness to operate a pallet jack and stand-up forklift.
• Must ascend up to 25 ft on cherry picker with safety harness.

Responsibilities

• Read production schedule and determine items to move, gather, or distribute.
• Move materials from receiving/production to storage or other areas.
• Sort and break down product by SKU, quantity, and type.
• Assemble customer orders and place on pallets or shelves for shipping.
• Label pallets with identifying information when instructed.
• Open cartons/containers as needed.
