Job summary

Clark Associates, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler to efficiently receive product and process orders in our Kentucky distribution center.

You will use ERP systems, handheld scanners, and forklift equipment to move inventory and prepare shipments, while maintaining safety and accuracy. This full-time role offers on-site training, a Monday–Thursday 6:00 PM–4:30 AM shift, starting wage of $21.00/hr (includes $1.00 shift differential) with the potential for raises every six months.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in fast-paced warehouse operations.
• Willing to undergo extensive training and cross-training.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and report hazards.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve items from racking using handheld devices and ERP.
• Sort and consolidate picked items for shipment.
• Pack products securely using SPS or CVP systems.
• Bundle and verify orders for shipment.
• Unload deliveries with forklift or by hand.
• Receive inventory accurately in ERP and store properly.
• Move palletized product using pallet jacks/forklifts.
• Operate warehouse equipment following safety protocols.
• Meet performance standards for efficiency, accuracy, quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and report hazards.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily/weekly/monthly goals.
• Follow company and warehouse policies.
• Flex into other positions as needed.
