Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a warehouse shipping admin support professional in Minnesota to operate forklifts, manage shipping schedules, and maintain data entry accuracy. This role emphasizes GMP compliance, customer and vendor communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years in warehouse shipping admin support and data entry, with high school diploma and preferred forklift/electric cart certificates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-2 years Warehouse shipping admin support and data entry experience.
• Forklift Operator certificate and Electric Cart Certificate (preferred).
• 2-4 years Warehouse shipping admin support and data entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift in warehouse following GMP and safety regulations and ensuring GMP/quality standards.
• Schedule and confirm all shipping for site.
• Provide administrative support including communication, paperwork and data entry in the system.
• Answer questions and resolve issues based on warehouse knowledge.
• May assist with training.
• Communicate with customers, vendors and coworkers professionally and promptly.
• Act as a team member and perform duties to best serve the company.
• Assist in moving trailers in and out of dock doors and loading of trailers.
