Job summary

US Foods, Inc. is seeking a Night Warehouse Selector in Charlotte, NC. You will safely and efficiently select and prepare customer orders, palletize goods, and ensure accurate, undamaged selections for shipment.

The role requires lifting 20–80+ lbs, operating a pallet jack, and standing for long shifts in a multi-temperature warehouse. The position features starting pay at $20.86 per hour with incentives and may reach up to $35 per hour for top performers.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English to attend trainings and enter information on reports.
• Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday – Thursday; weekends/holidays as needed.
• Recent experience in high endurance or highly physical activity preferred.
• Experience selecting large scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately select customer orders and confirm correctness.
• Construct and wrap pallets to meet productivity standards.
• Pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate electric pallet jacks.
• Transfer products from racks to pallets using order selecting software.
• Transport products to dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders.
• Collaborate with team to maintain clean, safe aisles and return equipment to charging area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
