Job summary

US Foods, Inc. in Memphis, TN is seeking a Night Warehouse Selector to join our fast-paced distribution team. You will safely and efficiently select customer orders, palletize products, and prepare shipments while meeting productivity standards.

This role requires stamina for 8+ hour night shifts, ability to lift 20–80+ lbs, and comfort with a multi-temperature environment. Starting pay is 24.91 per hour with incentive opportunities based on productivity.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English to attend trainings and enter information on reports.
• Experience with high-endurance or physically demanding work is preferred.
• Ability to work 8+ hour night shifts, including Sundays- Thursdays; weekend/holiday as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately select customer orders and confirm products are correct and undamaged.
• Palletize and wrap pallets to meet weekly productivity and accuracy standards.
• Operate electric pallet jack and perform pre-shift equipment checks.
• Transport products to dock area and ensure clean, safe aisles.
