Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (Off days: Tuesday/Saturday or Wednesday/Saturday) from 1:30 PM until finish.

Main Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately select customer orders, build and wrap pallets to meet weekly productivity and accuracy standards.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate an electric pallet jack safely.
• Carefully move products from racks to pallets using order selecting software and equipment.
• Validate correct and damage-free products have been selected.
• Efficiently deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders.
• Assist in clearing aisles of debris, stacking empty pallets, and returning pallet jacks to charging areas.

Physical Requirements

• Work comfortably in environments ranging from -5°F to over 100°F.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repeatedly; moving over 1,000 cases per shift.

What You Bring

• Ability to read and communicate in English for training, safety, and reporting purposes.
• Willingness to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday through Thursday, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Recent experience in physically demanding roles preferred (e.g., lifting, sports, farming, construction).
• Experience with large-scale order selection and operating motorized pallet jacks preferred.
