Job summary

US Foods Englewood is hiring a Night Warehouse Selector to safely and accurately pick customer orders and build palletized shipments. You will use order selecting software, operate an electric pallet jack, and ensure products are damage-free before staging for loading.

The role is full-time, Sunday–Thursday nights, 4:30 PM start, with 50–60 hours per week and overtime opportunities based on productivity and business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Able to work 50–60 hours per week on a night schedule.
• Experience in high-endurance or physically demanding roles preferred.
• Experience selecting large-scale warehouse orders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately select customer orders.
• Build and wrap pallets to meet weekly productivity targets.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate an electric pallet jack.
• Move products from racks to pallets using order selecting software.
• Validate correct product and damage-free status before shipment.
• Deliver to dock area and shrink wrap palletized orders.
• Team up to clear aisles of debris and return pallet jacks to charging area.

Build and wrap pallets to meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy* Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet* Carefully move products from racks to pallets directed by order selecting software and equipment* Validate that correct product has been selected and is damage free* Efficiently deliver products to correct dock area and shrink wraps palletized orders* Team up to clear aisles of debris, stacks empty pallets from slots in aisle and return pallet jacks to charging area **Physical Requirements*** Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees required* Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively; moving 1,000+ cases of product during each shift required **What You Bring to the Table*** ***Must be able to read and communicate in the English language such as to attend trainings, hold conversations, receive safety and job-related coaching, read labels, and enter information on reports if needed**** Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday – Thursday. The expected base rate for this role is between $32.77 and $40.85 . This role may also receive overtime compensation, incentive compensation based on productivity and quality, shift differential, and freezer premiums.
