Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations in our retail stores. The role involves unloading, auditing, and staging products, with a focus on accurate inventory control and safe handling practices.

We offer base pay starting at $15.00 per hour, with higher starting pay based on experience, and both full-time and part-time positions. Forklift experience and strong communication are valued, along with flexibility for extended peak-season hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience (operation) preferred.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail in all tasks.
• Ability to work in varied weather conditions.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work extended hours, especially peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading, auditing, and staging products for inventory control.
• Ensure receiving paperwork is properly completed.
• Store products to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
• Oversee inventory rotation within the warehouse.
• Follow company safety and forklift procedures.
• Complete required department and equipment training (forklift certified).
