Qualifications

• Understanding of safety guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of Bakco functions and RF systems used in receiving.
• Experience with receiving procedures and related paperwork (POs, BOLs, packing lists).
• Ability to work overtime as needed and make sound judgments.

Responsibilities

• Discuss daily procedures with supervisors at shift start.
• Verify quantities received against packing slips/POs.
• Report damage due to refrigeration, travel, or handling.
• Build pallets for back stock reserves.
• Wrap pallets when necessary.
• Ensure labeling accuracy for correct put-away.
• Keep area clean and safe; maintain a safe workplace.
• Inspect jack for safety; operate equipment safely.
• Wear PPE as required.
• Report policy violations to supervisor.
• Perform HACCP/SQF compliant duties where appropriate.
