Grey Eagle Distributors is seeking a night warehouse associate for on-call shifts in Fenton, MO. You will perform night picking, pallet building with voice-pick tech, and loading deliveries. This role reports to the Warehouse Manager and offers growth into full-time based on performance.

Ideal candidates are dependable, able to lift heavy loads, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with evening hours. On-call with potential for full-time transfer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate required.
• Ability to read, write and follow instructions.
• Ability to safely operate job-related equipment.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Professional, friendly image.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• Team player with minimal supervision.
• Ability to meet physical requirements (lifting, standing, etc.).
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate walkie riders and warehouse equipment.
• Select product and build pallets using voice-pick technology.
• Load trucks accurately and efficiently.
• Stage orders and maintain organized warehouse areas.
• Maintain proper product rotation and report damaged item.
• Keep a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors and teammates.
• Contribute to nightly warehouse productivity goals.
