Job summary

Cardinal Health in St. Charles, MO is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the night shift. You will perform picking, packing, receiving, and shipping tasks in a fast-paced distribution environment, following established processes, with a focus on accuracy and safety.

The role offers a full-time schedule Sunday to Thursday nights 7:00pm to 3:30am (or until work finishes) with overtime as needed. The pay is $21.67 per hour, including shift differential, and a comprehensive benefits package is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse and overtime as needed.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Training provided starting your first day.

Responsibilities

• Follow established processes to fulfill orders, including picking, packing, and shipping.
• Operate equipment after training (order picker, forklift, reach truck, etc.).
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Inventory control and housekeeping duties.
