Job summary

Hachette Book Group is seeking a warehouse associate to cut cartons, replenish pick faces, and label cartons for customer fulfillment. The role involves working with Pick-To-Voice and WMT technologies, and using RF units in an open carton/conveyor environment.

You will support replenishment tasks, comply with packaging and shipping standards, and collaborate with the team to meet daily order goals. A high school diploma is required, and lifting up to 50 lbs is expected as part of the duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a 1-day turnaround for all orders as directed by the Picking Supervisor.
• Master Pick-To-Voice and WMT technologies to ensure accuracy and high-quality customer satisfaction.
• Report all system problems, damages and errors to the Coordinator, Lead or Supervisor.
• May work in groups with the Coordinator to shift into unfinished tasks and support special projects.
• Be reliable and adhere to established shift schedules.
• Operate Walkie Rider and/or Stand-up Counterbalance equipment.
