Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Warehouse Picker for 3rd shift at our Marion, Ohio facility. The role involves accurate order picking, packing, and preparation for shipping, with a $18 base plus $1 shift differential per hour.

Responsibilities include inventory tracking, quality checks, equipment operation (stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks), and maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Must be 18+ and dependable.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail to prevent errors in orders.
• Good verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.
• Dependability/punctuality.
• Stand-up experience a plus but will train.
• Basic reading and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Accurately pick stock according to order specifications and prepare them for shipment.
• Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels and report discrepancies or low stock levels.
• Quality Control: Ensure that picked items are correct and undamaged before shipping.
• Equipment Operation: Use stand-ups, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move products within the warehouse.
• Workplace Safety: Adhere to health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
