Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Warehouse Picker in Marion, Ohio for a 3rd shift Sunday-Thursday 7:30 PM–4:00 AM (overtime Saturdays). You will pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment, contributing to on-time orders and safety.

The role emphasizes accuracy, basic math, reliable attendance, and teamwork; prior warehouse experience is welcome but not required. You will operate stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse gear while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.
• Dependability/punctuality.
• Stand-up experience is a plus but will train.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Order picking according to specifications and prepare items for shipment.
• Inventory management and reporting discrepancies or low stock levels.
• Quality control to ensure items are correct and undamaged before shipping.
• Operate stand-ups and pallet jacks to move products within the warehouse.
• Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
