Job summary

DeCrescente Distributing Company is seeking motivated candidates for 3rd Shift Order Selector roles in our facilities. This full-time, night-shift position involves safe, accurate product selection for delivery, with a voice-pick system, loading activities, and adherence to safety policies.

The role requires 21+ years old, overnight shift experience, and a good driving record; prior warehouse experience is preferred. Excellent benefits and opportunities await motivated team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 months warehouse or related experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to comply with safety procedures.
• Ability to safely operate required equipment (Forklift, Walkie Rider).

Responsibilities

• Use voice-pick system to retrieve products for beverage center or route trucks.
• Verify load accuracy and coordinate corrections with loaders.
• Palletize and shrink-wrap products as needed.
• Load route trucks by order or brand.
• Inspect for damaged products and prevent shipment of defective items.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Night Warehouse Manager.
• Assist Re-stockers, Loaders, and Checkers as needed.
