FreshPoint, Inc. is seeking a Night Warehouse Supervisor to oversee nightly operations for dock, cooler areas, and outbound activities. You will supervise staff, ensure adherence to SOPs, and drive safe, efficient work on a perishable product warehouse.

The role requires 1 year of warehouse experience in shipping/receiving perishables, High School diploma, and strong leadership and communication skills.

• 1 year of operations/warehouse experience in shipping and receiving perishable products.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily processes on the dock and in coolers.
• Review, coach, and develop the outbound associates.
• Monitor work, adherence to policy and safety requirements.
• Issue discipline when necessary.
• Interpret company policies for employees, enforce safety and security regulations, and hold daily pre-shift meetings.
• Manage labor hours and consumable supplies within budget.
• Prepare work schedules.
• Perform substitutions of items not available for selection.
• Communicate to sales, purchasing, and inventory control.
• Spot check orders for accuracy and quality.
• Pull critical care orders or double-checking them for quality and accuracy.
• Inspect material handling equipment daily for safe operations and coordinate required repairs with the maintenance department.
